How it works

  • Sign in with your WhatsApp number: we send you a code. No vChat account yet? You create it right here.
  • Choose a plan or a boost, then pay with your Mobile Money account on PayPlus’s secure page, or with your wallet.
  • The credit appears in the app as soon as the payment is confirmed. You stay signed in on the app.
  • Wallet funds are non-refundable: they cannot be refunded, withdrawn or transferred, and are used to buy plans and boosts in vChat.

    Open the page

    In your browser, go to vchat.love/en/top-up.

    Your number

    Choose your country and enter your WhatsApp number.

    The WhatsApp code

    Open WhatsApp: vChat has sent you a code. Enter it on the page. No account yet? Pick a username, choose Woman or Man, confirm you are 18 or older and accept the terms: it is created right there.

    Your choice

    Choose a call plan or a boost. If your wallet has a balance, you can pay with it.

  5. 5

    The payment

    PayPlus’s secure page opens: choose your Mobile Money operator and confirm on your phone.

  6. 6

    It’s credited

    Back on vChat, the page confirms the payment. The credit is already in the app.
